Hi, I’m Oscar Ramírez, Co-Founder & Property Finder 

at Costa Soul Estate.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked in Costa Rica’s tourism industry, which has given me a deep understanding of the country and of what international buyers are looking for when they invest, relocate, or begin a new chapter here.

Today, I help clients find the right property in Costa Rica by offering personalized guidance, transparency, and the support of our legal team throughout the entire process.
